Endurance is one of the largest providers of vehicle service contracts in the nation. Backed by an AM Best “A” rated insurance company, a recipient of Inc. 5000 and Gold Stevie Awards, recommended by Consumer Affairs, and highly rated by our customers on Google, Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, and other major review sites.

Endurance has awful customer service and doesn't honor their warranties, according to Robert at consumeraffairs.com

"I have had this warranty product for a year. I have recently experienced problems with my vehicle. I took them to the dealer for repair. The dealer called Endurance for approval. Endurance denied the claim and would not pay for the repair. I had another repair happen again. The repair company called endurance. Told them this long drone outweigh of getting paid. None of which the company could do. They were demanding a paid receipt before the bill was actually paid. A fax machine the business needed to have which they don't. This is a certified repair facility too so I paid the bill and sent it into, endurance to be paid and they have not paid that bill. This is by far the worst company for auto warranty insurance. Do not use these people or you will be sorry."

Sales Representative (Current Employee) says

"It’s sucks very unprofessional low budget this is no career. They market elders to lure in. Scandalous company. Don’t waste your time TRUST ME i was here over a year Cons: They threaten your job every time sales are low it’s super sad"

Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"Worse place to work they scam you so bad on your commision they tell you to scam customers, I had to listen to them because if not I would get fired terrible place I feel sorry for customers"

Senior inside Closer (Current Employee) says

"All managers kiss the VPres butt mgr used to be sales representative when it was easy and couldnt make quota now but keep bragging when they were in sales. Pass on this job Cons: A nightmare and butt kissing too advance"

Senior Sales Representative (Former Employee) says

"The environment is completely unprofessional. The training was supposed to be for 2-weeks, but if you don't fit in or something you said was misunderstood, you may be terminated before you even have a chance to prove your abilities. Employee attire is street including do rags. Management is not truthful about commissions which are ever changing. Termination is always a possibility even if you meet and exceed your quota...for any ridiculous reason, you are out! No concern for truly meeting the needs of their customers. Tough environment for trying to have conversations with customers while employees are yelling and yucking it up in the background. ALL REAL PROFESSIONALS STAY AWAY...NO MORALS...IGNORANT...UNTRUSTWORTHY...LACK OF DECENCY."

Sales Representative (Current Employee) says

"This place has poor leadership from the owner down to the managers. They will fire you if they don’t like you and without warning. They feed calls to the employees that they like and only use others for their time. The pay is bad and there are no good benefits. The health insurance is extremely high and the employees can not afford it. They don’t do background checks and most of the employees are felons and drug users and even alcoholics. There is no paid time off, only earned time which you have to work for 2 years just to earn 1 week paid vacation. The HR department is fake. There is no attendance policy enforced unless of course they do not like you. The management team is cut throat and spiteful. There is no real training for employees. Some reps are making lots of money while other reps are struggling because the managers give the calls to the reps they like. This company has no integrity. The employees work 8-10 hours sometimes without a break let alone a lunch break. Managers hire family members and give them the good calls to fatten their paychecks while others struggle to pay their mortgage. There is no background check so anyone can get hired. They even have at least 2 guys on house arrest working there. That is not a safe environment. Management only provides feedback when you have done something wrong and it’s never positive. Workers can be heard using foul language, yelling, and inappropriate conversations in the hallways and on the sales floor. Management just turns a blind eye until the employees end up in fistfights. There’s nothing to do all day except Cons: No breaks or lunch, favoritism, dishonest, no paid time off, attendance policy, fake HR department"

Client Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"I have never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. Whole dept fired when previous to that we were promised to relocate to northbrook. I was literally handed a letter and told by upper managerment and I quote “take this it’ll help you with unemployment .“ I wouldn’t even reckoned a homeless person to work here."

Inside Sales Representative / Internet (Current Employee) says

"its not a place you want to work for. They Control all calls and feed calls to certain people. Cons: poor management no advancement, favoritism, the list is so long"

None (Current Employee) says

"This was not an ethical organization. It is not at all what I was lead to believe the position would offer."

Inside Sales Representative / Internet (Current Employee) says

"its not a place you want to work for. They Control all calls and feed calls to certain people. Cons: poor management no advancement, favoritism, the list is so long"

Senior Inside Sales Representative (Current Employee) says

"im a current employee here at endurance. they don't care about there employees. especially if you been there a long time."

Senior Sales Representative (Former Employee) says

"Direct sales is reliant on response to mail sent to many elderly individuals who have received a letter from the " motor vehicle services department.",which is Endurance. If you get 100 calls 95 plus of them will not convert to a sale. A majority of angry, confused elderly person's will call and the job is to sell someone a Vehicle Service Contract, which typically they don't want, don't need and can't afford. Very high number of cancellations. Brutal number of truly upset people calling to vent over the mailer. This workplace is not for a professional person with scruples. Cons: Stress, pettiness, favoritism, immature workplace"

Inbound Sales Representative (Former Employee) says

"It was a bad experience overall their priority isn't to make money or develop. I asked about making a $500-$1000 bonus check and was met with resistance. Not to mention I was terminated because I attended my son's Mothers funeral, which in my opinion was very low class and insensitive. NOT a place I would recommend for employment, more so a stepping stone to something better."

Acct. Manager/Customer Service (Current Employee) says

"this company practices discrimination and favouritism Cons: If your on the phone, and miss a break you cant a take a break-this company has broken the law and slave employees"

Representative (Former Employee) says

"The training you get is minimal at best. Once you stay there a week, they want you to get whatever information from people on the phones to transfer them and sell them. Most don't even know what they're being pitched for. Cons: Micro managing, terrible pay, expensive benefits"

Senior Sales Representative (Current Employee) says

"This job is based on commission and it constantly changes based on how management feels. Leads are recycled and your job is constantly threatening. Certain people get better calls. This place is a revolving door. Cons: No security."

Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) says

"Working at endurance made me not want to apply for another call center job. Management never communicates with the employees. The sales guys are rude, and no one speaks up for the employees"

Retention (Former Employee) says

"If you like lying to customers to keep them in a vehicle warranty that's not needed go for it. A person that owns a 2017 for example does not need an extended warranty they will already have one from their car dealership. This company is a joke. Most of the issues a car will have won't be covered by any of the warranties. A customer is not allowed to pick the warranty but must qualify based on car information. If you want to be stuck in an office, have minimal breaks and eat at your desk it's great. If you want to get told 5 different things by 5 different people while training then go for it. If you like stressful jobs work here. Cons: Short breaks, unorganized, long meeting after work shift is over, training is not thorough, bad work environment, people lie on you and management is not willing to help"

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"My days at Endurance were very stressful. I did expand my knowledge with Microsoft Office. My manager had quit, so the company had decided to restructure. I was sat in the corner of a 3 person cubicle. It was very tight since the guy next to me, his chair was right up against me. My hardest part of the job was taking 45 to 53 calls per day, Mondays was 61 calls. Cons: Horrible healthcare, poor training, short breaks, barely any vacation."

Certified Account Specialist (Former Employee) says

"If you are hired for sales or retention the commission is always changing, during the down season without warning they will lower the commission payout. If it’s peak season they will find every and any reason NOT to pay you on all your commission. Managers play favorites with employees if you are not the bosses favorite you get all the work and no bonuses. If your a favorite you will get a gas card from time to time. The place has a revolving door, You are hired under the pretense of doing 1 job and than get moved around from place to place before they finally give you the boot or depending on your position they will ignore you, leave you with all the work while they go outside to smoke it’s a very negative work place"

Senior Sales Representative (Current Employee) says

"no room for growth they mess up pay checks on a regular. No benefits no health care People are sexually harassed and must put out for promotions would not recommend Cons: laid back environment"

Current Employee - Sales Representative says

"I have been working at Endurance full-time for less than a year Cons: Salary is terrible for Sales Reps. You make a living from commissions only because base pay is $575 every 2 weeks. Waste of time!"

Sales Associate says

"I worked at Endurance Cons: This company got started by directly mailing “warranty expiration notifications” to people. The ones who called in were obviously dumb enough to fork over money for an extended vehicle warranty that, quite frankly, didn’t cover anything. They try to tell you that these warranties are helping people but all they are doing is trucking the elderly into buying them. The “sales training” is a joke. They ask you to write an elevator pitch and recite it for the CEO like some kind of elementary talent show. Then after what is at best a crash course on the product, you’re put onto their rehash lines. Which means you’re trying to sell to people who have already said no. Their focus is on selling to the online consumer, which is laughable. Most of the online leads you get are from people who are just massing around at work or were “just curious about what one costs”. They rarely are in the market and, unlike the mailer people, can and do read all the BBB scam warnings. Finally, you’re always chasing your losses. They suck you in with a high commission and ideas of making lots of money helping people. But in reality most of your customers are going to cancel their warranty because it’s a giant waste of money. That comes out of your next commission check!"

Former Employee - Inside Sales says

"I worked at Endurance full-time for more than 3 years Cons: No leads, bad reputation has people wise to the hassle. Management will cheat you every time you bend over....ouch"

Former Employee - Sales says

"I worked at Endurance full-time for less than a year Cons: Horrible place to work, management does not help new employees improve they’ll just fire you. Cold calling all day targeting seniors who have no idea what’s going on. Selling extended warranty for cars that are brand new. You have to pay back commission if they cancel. Managers have their favorite employees who get all the sales. Base pay is $500 every 2 weeks. Health benefits are extremely expensive. Overall disgusting environment"

Former Employee - Senior Sales Representative says

"I worked at Endurance full-time for more than a year Cons: Shady management that operates in their best interest only. They lack integrity. The sales tactic is ruthless. The reviews on better business bureau and consumer affairs are mostly if not all Fabricated. Laid off hundreds of employees with no heads up. And no severance package because of a bad business deal the company made."

says

"I have been working at Endurance Cons: The top manager makes the decisions on who gets the most leads so you have some reps getting 200 calls per day while others are not even getting 20 inbound calls. The hr department implements policies but picks and chooses who to enforce the policy on depending on how much they like the person. They even fire people just because and make up phony reasons."

Former Employee - Senior Sales says

"I worked at Endurance full-time for less than a year Cons: You are going to be pitted against other people to see who can rip off the most old ladies in one month. Seriously, that's what this job is. I had no problem selling to soccer moms but when the demands become "take this old lady's SS check"? I'm out. You are going to be working for a company that scams people."

Former Employee - Sales Associate says

"I worked at Endurance full-time for more than a year Cons: Very inconsistent sales."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Endurance full-time for less than a year Cons: Poor structure, lack of integrity"

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative says

"I worked at Endurance full-time for more than a year Cons: Pay isn't worth the guilt of scamming people on the phone. The rules change weekly if not daily in the CS department. They make us call people who leave bad reviews to see if we can change their mind. More calls than anyone can handle. Tries to make you feel bad for taking a lunch break."

Cora Lee says

"I would give this company absolutely zero stars if I could. I got roped into dealing with this company by Constant Contact that of which I canceled doing business with them because of it and canceled with this useless company that refuses to give me a refund for work that wasn't done. Aileen Sideris refuses to call me and speak with me but continues to send me emails of some HORRIBLY designed templates that I was told were temporary because they were behind on getting designs out. And because they have created those horrible templates and I was unhappy about it, they refuse to refund my money. I was told they would not do any work in January although I paid in full in December. The customer service is TRASH, the refusal of my request for a refund is absolutely unacceptable and as a small business, I would tell all other small businesses to STAY FAR AWAY!!! You can get a college student to the work they lie about being able to do. And you would think that refunding less than $500 wouldn't be such a big deal since they claim to have a ridiculous amount of satisfied customers. Clearly, you don't and you needed to steal my money to make ends meet. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY."

Rebecca Westeren says

"The worst company to have for any of your website hosting, or name, and even privacy! Long time customer and all 4 websites were down, 2 for 10 months, and 2 for over a year! And proving it was their fault, no one even cares here. and not one cent credited. SAVE YOURSELF! DO NOT INVEST ANYTHING HERE!!!"

Jonathan Singer says

"I filed a case with domain.com on 6-21-2020 to investigate why my Gsuite account, which they host/manage, does not allow me to add a new employee. They committed to fixing issue by 6-23-2020 however the did not. I've complained to customer service half a dozen times and the issue still exists and it's 6-30-2020 with no end in sight. My company has a new employee and they haven't been able to access company services because of the REPEATED INCOMPETENCE of ENDURANCE INTERNATIONAL/DOMAIN.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE."

Brad Woods says

"Just received a spam email with details about website hosting. This is not my main website admin email so it has originated from somewhere else."

Mike k says

"Worthless company with non-responsive crew. After buying a domainname, they stole it. They are thieves. Dont do business with them."

Madison Scott says

"Be careful before purchasing a hosting owned by this company they will scam you one day They will take down your site for malware intrusion (they are liar and your site is fine) and you must pay 6000+$ to take it back. they are doing a large sclae of scam and they own many many hosting companies like bluehost I repeat stay away from hosting owned by this company Check on youtube there are videos about that"

Arizona OES says

"I only had the coverage for 4 months. I can not rate the service."
